Green is the way to go and we're going to help you. Come to Green Scene on June 27th for free information and goodies. Learn about Escondido's animals, plants, habitats and built environment and how to preserve them. Learn to REDUCE your water and energy consumption. REUSE items by buying a piece of architectural salvage or making art out of things you might normally throw away. RECYCLE your old batteries, cell phones, e-waste, and even towels or bedding (which will be donated to the Humane Society). You'll be able to watch a solar cooking demo, check out alternative fuel vehicles, listen to music and much more!
